
Heather Dixon is from St. Helens in North West England. She has lived in rural Japan since May, 2000. Heather is a Japanese/English translator and an award-winning writer and publisher of graded readers for learners of English. She won the 2020 Language Learner Literature Award. She has a BMus (Hons) degree in Music, an MA in Philosophy, and a 4th dan black belt in karate. In her spare time, Heather enjoys studying languages and reading.
